Aquatic Exercise Science
Confiram a lista abaixo:
Hello Aqualovers, we’ve reached our twentieth list, featuring seven new studies. This edition brings some distinctive aspects: four articles published across two journals, three randomized controlled trials, and, for the first time, a systematic review with network meta-analysis. One trial examined the impact of aquatic exercise on neuromuscular diseases, another compared exercise combined with balneotherapy versus balneotherapy alone for knee osteoarthritis, and the third assessed aquatic exercise in adults with essential tremor. The two reviews focused on chronic low back pain (network meta-analysis) and on patients diagnosed with COPD. The final two studies, designed as case series reports in an ABA (Assessment–Treatment–Assessment) format, included one patient-centered and another exploring aquatic activities with older adults.
